Dental Drama
Breah had her first dentist appointment at the end of last year. Our bishop is a pediatric dentist and he's way cute with the kiddo's, but Breah was not buying it. We settled for me brushing flouride on her teeth and then Dr. Brown came in and did the best he could to look at her teeth. He said she has good spacing and nice strong enamel, and off we went. Well, a couple weeks ago I noticed a big yellowish spot on her tooth and immediately thought she had a cavity. Upon further investigation I realized she had broken her eye tooth. I panicked thinking it would rot away instantly and got her back in. Luckily we have dental insurance and it was time for a 6 month cleaning anyway...well, this time she at least sat in the chair. She wouldn't let the hygienist use her fancy squirt gun and straw though, and was constantly peering into the next room watching the boy get his teeth cleaned (he wasn't screaming...). When the doc came in we held her down in the chair while she screamed for her daddy to come save her. It was progress though, and afterwards we headed to the dollar store to pick out a prize for being so brave (at least braver than last time).

Oh little Breah, it is hard to be brave when every one is putting squirt guns, straws, fingers etc. in your mouth, but I'm sure that you will be a real good big sister next time to show Tayvin how brave you can be,,,,love to you all
