Big News

Well, if you've heard the rumors, they're true!  We are moving!  Brandon has accepted a job (with the same company) in Statesboro, Georgia!  We put our house up for sale last week and sold one car on Saturday.  It's been a long time coming, but I think the reality is starting to sink in.  Our last visitors in Saint George left this morning.  We all cried.  Well, maybe not Brandon, he's not really the crying type, but the rest of us did.  I bawled all through Young Women's yesterday.  Although we won't be moving til the first of June, we've already started the goodbye's and it's so hard.  I hate goodbye's!  We have really come to love Saint George and all the wonderful people we've met here.  We will miss everything and everyone.  There's still so much we didn't do and see while here!  I have this dream of one day coming back (to stay) but we will have to see where life takes us!  We are prepared for a very difficult transition, being so far from family and everything we've ever known, but this just makes us all the more grateful that we will have the church there and we know that will be our saving grace as we leap into the unknown.  We're headed to the deep south people! Talk about a culture shock!  But, what an awesome opportunity we have to go and experience something new and different! 3 1/2 years ago I would have never imagined living in St. George, let alone actually liking it.  Now we love it, so we're hoping we feel the same about Georgia too. Every time we move we meet amazingly wonderful people and we feel blessed to count them as friends (although that always makes it harder to move again--dang it, stop being so wonderful!) As hard as this all is, we know that this is what we need to do!  So, if anyone ever wants to go on vacation, give us a call!  We are not far from Savannah and Tybee Island, Hilton Head, SC, Disney World, and so much more!  We would love to have you come stay!
